Mill Finish
Aluminium is a chemical element in the boron group with symbol Al and atomic number 13. It is silvery white, and it is not soluble in water under normal circumstances.
Anodizing
The Standards for powder coating is adopted with BS standards. The scope of the standards includes the procedure for pretreatment of aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded bars.
Powder Coating
Extrusion is a process which occurs when a preheated homogenized aluminum billet is forced through shaped orifices in hardened dies by means of high longitudinal pressure.
Thermal Break
The mold cavity is created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mold during the process.
